However, you MUST ask for a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item and the doll must be unused. Our refund policy only applies to preconfigured quick delivery dolls and not to customized dolls, as they are specifically designed for you and cannot be resold.


If your doll has any manufacturer's flaw or logistical damage, it will be replaced at no cost. If your doll has any damages or quality degradation, please contact us and we would be glad to help you resolve the problem and even offer a repair kit free of charge. 

Our Policy of Canceling Orders

During the first 24 hours will be possible to cancel the order if you write us an email. Any time later, your package will have already been processed for shipment; therefore, cancellation may not be possible. 


 For customers who have successfully purchased a preconfigured doll and for one reason or another wish to return the package, you'll have to pay the subsequent return fee.Customers who bought customizable dolls, cannot return it and get a full refund as these dolls are specifically manufactured on demand.
